What a loverly day. The First Mate relaxes in the Kaptain's cabin, whilst said Kaptain busies himself with several Sunday tasks. Such as re-manufacturing the drawer sides for the bedroom drawer, and while I'm at it making the two drawers that will go into the main bedroom cupboards. Making them all at once is a bit easier as it speed up the time between re-jigging all the tools. The cam and dowel holes being made with my impromptu stand drill which takes a while to get set up. Have a bit of a set back when the belt on my belt sander decides it's had enough, but there's a spare in the toolbox that I didn't know I had. I break up the monotony of my drawer production line by having a sort out in the woodpile outside and bring in some of the larger veneered pieces before they get too weather stained. I'm a bit late for the 18mm, unfortunately, but I don't need much more of this anyway. The inadequate fix to the toilet plumbing is still niggling, but on closer inspection I discover that the fittings are less inaccessible than I'd thought. So rather than connecting the two ends where the pump used to be, I can just put in a new length of flexible pipe. Smashing.
