Have a day on boat tinkering about waiting for the wood to arrive. This isn't until 7pm, as I'm last on the list, and the chaps from Harveys are on their way down to Eastbourne immediately after, apparently. One can't complain, they're only charging me a tenner to deliver 6 sheets of ply. I've paid more than that on Amazon for a vinyl LP. All wood arrives and gets stacked against the boat, and I then set about chopping it into sections so I can get it on board. All carefully planned beforehand, but I hadn't anticipated doing this in the dark. Thank the lord for my trusty head torch.
